FVSU, CGTC Sign Plant Science Biotechnology Articulation Agreement

(Fort Valley, Ga.)  –  Fort Valley State University and Central Georgia Technical College recently signed an articulation agreement to increase higher education opportunities for biotechnology students. The Feb. 25 signing marks the second such agreement between the two institutions in recent months.

(February 23, 2015) - Fort Valley State University will present a screening and panel discussion of the Oscar-nominated film Selma on Tuesday, Feb. 24. 

FVSU launches entrepreneurship club

February 20, 2015 - Fort Valley State University student entrepreneurs seeking to launch their own business will get help thanks to a new club that will provide them with the information and advice they'll need to manage their own companies. The university's Department of Business Administration and Economics recently launched an Entrepreneurship Club for students on Feb. 26 in the Bywaters Building. The organization is open to all students on campus, regardless of their major.
